Hello Sir / Madam,
On November 3rd 2014, a courier was sent by my relative from Chennai to Bangalore, with the assurance that it will be sent over night. They had collected a sum of Rs.55/- as the courier charges. Courier Tracking Number is [protected]. The courier is not received even on November 6th 2014.
When we try to contact the Regional Office, we tried both Bangalore and Chennai, we are not getting a proper response. Bangalore office declares that they haven't got a consignment with that tracking number mentioned above and when we contact chennai office, even they are not able to track the consignment with the tracking number.
Its a very important document which I should have received, but I still haven't received. I would like to raise a consumer complaint and take it forward for appropriate action. Kindly help me in resolving the issue.
I have also attached the receipt chennai office gave us during the time of booking, along with this complaint. Kindly let me know in case of any further information. Thanks.
