Overnite Express — my parcel not delivered | |||||
My awb no [protected], reached guwahati on 3rd dec 2017, and it showed out for delivery on 4th dec 2017 but i did not receive the parcel. Neither i received any call or sms stating that due to some reason they could not deliver today and would re attempt for delivery tomorrow. This is a pathetic service given, when you don't have the value of time and the requirement of a customer. Really disappointing overnite express. Was this information helpful? | |||||
