I a parcel was sent to me from dimapur to bangalore with the consignment no [protected] which when tracked shows destination reached and out for delivery on 29th june but still i have not recieved my parcel. Since it was an urgent item needed i have used your service paying huge amount but to utter dismay it is taking the longest time. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.
