Overnite Express — non delivery of consignment no [protected]

It is very unfortunate that my consignment bearing ibid docket no has not been delivered till now, despite having received at pune on 25 april 18.

My very important documents booked through your courier company considering your prompt services has not been delivered and unnecessarily kept with you. This unwarranted detention of these papers has already caused me a big financial loss.

In view of the above, it is requested that necessary action may be initiated against the responsible staff. Also, my consignment be delivered at the earliest possible time to avoid any legal hassles for both o[censored]s.
