Overnite Express — Non delivery of Courier for many people in Bangalore

Hello Two times my PRAN kit has been sent by overnite courrier but i am yet to receive the KIT . Their customer Care will give all the foolish excuses and people don't know the way of talking . Similiar complains are from all my colleagues . I would like to request you to please change the courrier servise . This people don't bother to deliver.
