Overnite Express — non delivery of document

Dear Sir, I had sent a document of high value from bareilly to patna through overnight express on 22nd April 2015 .The consignment number is [protected]. but even after 08 days it is undelivered, when approached to bareilly office, they said that it has been delivered on 25th April 2015. Now, there is any no any responsibility of courier company. Kindly let me know that who is responsible for this. Who is going to pay my compensation. Indrendra Chaudhary [protected]
