[Resolved]  Overnite Express — parcel not received

I Devender Gupta is to receive a parcel from siliguri under the domt. no. [protected]. Parcel was booked on 15 march 2014. Send me the parcel as soon as possible. contact me on [protected].

My parcel was supposed to reach me yesterday and the status was also 'out for delivery'. I have been following up since yesterday, making several calls. Every time I call the Okhla branch they tell me that the parcel is lying in the office and ask for my address. Today they asked for it three times telling me that there's no address mentioned. My question is? How can you take the packet in the first place without an address. They tested my patience in the highest level today. The last person I spoke to had the audacity to talk to me rudely after making me go through what I did. All this, after telling them several times that there are eatables inside. With the current Delhi temperature I'm sure it doesn't make any sense delivering it to me now. Consignment number - [protected]

Just not worth it. Once you've paid for it and they have the parcel, they just don't care. Customer care numbers are either busy or they don't answer. Its very very frustrating. No match to DTDC!!
