Overnite Express — unruly behaviour of delivery man

Sir, i had purchased some books from icai which was delivered this afternoon. Howevee the delivery man sandeep jadhav refused to deliver the books at my house. He instead called me downstairs and handed over the books. His indisciplined and unruly behaviour annoyed me to the core. Please take necessary action against him. Thanks, pankaj mishra-[protected].

Updated by Pankajkumarm Sandeep Jadhav is the delivery man of overnite express courier, who delivered the books at Mira Road East Thane, Maharashtra. He was very arrogant and rude.
