Overnite Express — urgent parcel (awb number - [protected]) booked with priority service, not delivered on time
The parcel (Air mode) was booked from mumbai on 26/01/19 to be delivered in bangalore on 28/01/19 (As promised by the company was not delivered) with overnite express
Customer care never responded to the calls and then finally got the number which responded, when asked about the parcel delivery status on 29/01/19 the person responded that the parcel will be delivered only on 30/01/19. They even discarded the urgency and mentioned that they do not care about it.
They ruthless told us that its your urgency not ours, if you want parcel then come to our office and pick it up.
If we have already paid the higher amount for the faster delivery (Which company claims themselves to be leaders in) why is the company not taking responsibility.
The representative talk in a rude manner almost with an attitude of go to hell. The address of the office is mentioned below -

No 36 sri vari bliss, 3rd main mes colony - konenagrahara old airport road bangalore - 560017
Now we have to go to the office of overnite express to collect the parcel (Additional transportation charges to be borne by us)
This is not the first time, they do this almost every-time whenever we have used this service.
I would strongly recommend not to use the service of overnite express.
