Overnite Express — very bad & poor service

As i have mailed you before but there was no response from you, when your company is not so capable of delivering the courier at the time, why do you lie to the customer, my courier is dispatched from 31/07/2018 but if your company does not deliver on time but who is responsible for it?
If my courier is not delivered today, then i will complain about your company in the consumer court that the company only works by lying. One of the rules of your company is that no further response is available. At any cost today i want to delivery my courier today or else i will make a case against your company in the consumer court and at the same time, i will also confess to the people how much is a poor service. I was about to receive a couriwr 15 days back...if i call 100 times they pick call once...so i thoight of going directly to office and take my courier...when i wwnt there that guy says computer working...courier boy took that he says...when i call him...hw says today...tommorow...but not delivering...what a pathetic service...
