I was a tenant of d-104, aparna sarovar, nallagandla, hyd - 19 owned by mr. Maneesh ojha since 16-dec-2015 till 15-apr-2016 on the basis of agreement done via bsp estates.
I had paid all rents in time and cleared all utility bills as was required of me and got desired noc while leaving premises. I also completed minimum stay (4 months) and provided more than one month notice as desired in “clause 14”.
Out of 60k deposit amount, 30k was adjusted as rent+maintenance from 15-mar-2016 to 15-apr-2016 [my last day]. On the balance of 30k, owner is claiming below amounts which he has to pay and am not liable for the same.
(1) utility for 15 days rs.2000/-
As per bill from maintenance office, i have already paid 2k and extra rs.200/- and received noc on 5th april. Owner asking to pay again based on last month bill
(2) annual maintenance for april rs.4650/-
As per "clause 5" - maintenance is inclusive in rent. Owner asking to pay maintenance again (Already paid in rent once)
(3) brokerage charges rs.15000/-
I had paid brokerage of 20k while renting out the flat. Owner asking to pay his part of brokerage amount as well. Why should i pay owners part of deal? Was this information helpful? |
