Flat owner and caretaker not refunding security amount

We lived in flat as tenant. Flat owner and caretaker was supposed to refund the security amount Rs3500 post surrender of flat keys but they are not. We were in constant touch and they promised that as soon as keys are surrender, they will. Even on the day we handed over, they mentioned the same but now they are denying with reason that we delayed the surrender. We didn't object when they deducted huge security amount but now even they are not refunding promised amount. Have been emailing them and they are not responding.. I have number if caretaker as below with whom we connect. If keys are of no value, they should not have accepted that if they got new locks. They are telling lies

We lived in flat as tenant in sunway megapolis Hinjewadi phase 3 for 2 years fully furnished paying 20K rent.
We handed over the keys in good faith after one months notice period in as it is condition we got the flat.
Caretaker/Broker came up with huge list of maintenance (according to him damage) after 4 days with some unrealistic amount (20K i.e one more month rent after leaving the flat) that he wanted to deduct from the security amount.
For example:
1. A cupboard lock was not working because of dust.
Needed some oiling of 10 rupees and it worked.
He has charged 500 rupees for that.
2. Deep cleaning 5500 rupees he charged.
Urban clap does it in 4500.
And you know if he is field man he is not going to use the urban company, everything was his cut as owner of the flat is outside country.
3. Soap case at amazon 200 rupees
he charged 650 for that.
this soap case cannot be covered in 20K I was paying for using this furniture.
4. Kitchen hinges and screw were not tight. I took screw driver done myself.
He charged 1000 rupees for that.
The provided material in house was on D grade quality. u can't even sit on a dinning chair because it will break.
He is robbing both tenant and owner.
He charged 18500 initially for repairing small things like tightening of the screws.
Then we ourselves done some of the work in only 1K from our known technicians.
When he saw the amount is going down, he won't be getting his cut he inspected the house again and came up with another list(mentally torturing us).
He never heard us and was very bad in communication, wasn't getting into debates with us because he was losing his cut.
Both husband & wife was very rude in talking.
And never agreed to a single thing. We as tenants were forced to pay 13k amount at last.
So beware of engaging with such unethical brokers for any buying/selling or renting house deals in megapolis Hinjewadi phase III.
We didn't object when they deducted huge security amount as we had large amount with them as security deposit, dnt want our money to stuck with such people for another month or so. Also it was so mentally tiring to make them understand logical things. This couple is a nightmare for genuine and normal people.
We were paying 20 k for using the furniture and this amount does include the maintenance charges of the furniture.
We were not paying this much of amount just to sit ideal in the four walls house.
Please spread the word with other people as well.

Demat deduction
Hi
I have been deducted with 826 rs on 29 th Jan 2022 under the name of DMC dp charges.
I am using icici since 10 years and have never usages any service then how I am being charged . When I reached customer care they told that there is demat account on your name. And when i see the history of my statement icici bank has deducted same amount for almost 4 years.

This letter to convey my extreme displeasure at the faulty products and service by samsung india.
I bought an samsung split ac. O3/03/2020. On dated its not even a season completed, and ac stopped functioning properly. When i made a complaint for the issue one of your executive came to our house and told me that it doesn’t have gas so gas needs to be filled then after next days one of the other executive came and said that coil needs to be changed. However, no action has been taken to fix the problem and due to your carelessness, me and my family is suffering.
I have a small daughter and she was unable to sleep from last couple of days due to the humidity and non-working of your air conditioner. I want my issue to be fixed on immediate basis without any delay.
Now here question arises that what is product quality and durability of samsung ac that its cooper cooling is started leakage just after 7 months of purchase. How can we trust such big brand for such poor quality quality of product. This is really disappointing and making a bad image of samsung product. I want replacement of this product else i will have knock to consumer forum for such a bad product quality and services.
I need an immediate action on this issue if there is no immediate response came from your end i will go ahead and file a legal lawsuit against samsung in consumer court and reach higher authorities and will let this issue know to other consumers on social media platform.

meter stolen
Dear sir/madam,
I am resident of vishnu park new delhi address mentioned in djb bills. Our meter has been stolen from the ground floor and we are staying at first floor.
We went to khyala police station to register a complain but as per duty officer in charge he said that the meter is in owners responsibility. However we are not staying in our premises since 2012. Our bses electricity bill is also to a minimum amount since 2012 till date. But our djb bill from 2018 april till today is showing rupees 11800.00 (Eleven thousand eight hundred approx.) we are not using water. Please look into the matter. Please also install a new meter.in future we will take care of our meter. Consumer no. [protected]. Name - anil almadi.

2015 till date our agreement has been renewed twice now owner of the house srinivas and hos son babu is harassing us for increasing the water charges and they are using power from our connection we have complaint many times but still they are not giving back our amount and he and his entire family started torturing me and my family by using abusive language we informed owner regarding our house vacating 1 month before dec 1st 2018, he said we need to wait till election due to no tenant availability and they dont have money that is the reason they are giving i have mother and my sister i habe life threat also by my owners family they are blackmailing us we are afraid he may harm and do anything at anytime we are in leased home

I have bought hundai verna sx (O) dorsal in the end of march 2018 at chandra hundai coimbatore. I have driven the car only 1350 km's, suddenly the front left tyre busted in the inner side. I took the car to the dealer chandra hundai and told the issue. They told that some thing was hitting the tyre so it was busted. Is that tyre is that week to bust out. How can i trust the car and it's other parts and drive it at normal speed and in high ways. How can i trust hundai for my life. Can any body from hundai answer me?

illegal construction and violation of building bye laws

This is to inform you that the owner of plot no. 92, deepali enclave, pitampura, new delhi-110034 (Zone - narela) has done lot of illegal construction which is not allowed under building bye laws 1983 and master plan for delhi 2021
This illegal construction has made the whole building vulnerable and compromised the life and health standards of all residents of this building. Base of the building is narrow and the huge extension is made on the all floor which is also violating setbacks. They have also made stilt parking as a habitable floor i. E. More than 2.4 mtr. Height. Again leading to the far violation.
The extended construction not only is extremely dangerous for lives but also blocked the light and wind flow of the area which is the fundamental right of every citizen of india.
Therefore, it is requested that kindly take a swift action to demolish the illegal construction and punish the owner.

Owner blocking deposit amount of 30k against baseless charges

I was a tenant of d-104, aparna sarovar, nallagandla, hyd - 19 owned by mr. Maneesh ojha since 16-dec-2015 till 15-apr-2016 on the basis of agreement done via bsp estates.
I had paid all rents in time and cleared all utility bills as was required of me and got desired noc while leaving premises. I also completed minimum stay (4 months) and provided more than one month notice as desired in “clause 14”.
Out of 60k deposit amount, 30k was adjusted as rent+maintenance from 15-mar-2016 to 15-apr-2016 [my last day]. On the balance of 30k, owner is claiming below amounts which he has to pay and am not liable for the same.
(1) utility for 15 days rs.2000/-
As per bill from maintenance office, i have already paid 2k and extra rs.200/- and received noc on 5th april. Owner asking to pay again based on last month bill
(2) annual maintenance for april rs.4650/-
As per "clause 5" - maintenance is inclusive in rent. Owner asking to pay maintenance again (Already paid in rent once)
(3) brokerage charges rs.15000/-
I had paid brokerage of 20k while renting out the flat. Owner asking to pay his part of brokerage amount as well. Why should i pay owners part of deal?

So my father met him and handed the notice but he refused to take the written notice and said very sweet things to my father that we are very good tenants and there is no need to give the written notice and that we have put him in tension now for arranging...

2. Water bill for head 100
3. Current bill per 1 unit 10 RS

then totally every month we are paying to owner 5500+400+1000+500=7400
this is very stupid and very bad state and also we are paying advance 50000
this is how Chennai people are behaving to others. they don't have morals they want don't know how to talk with others they want always money money money

1 month advance rent not returned by owner

I rented a flat for 11 months but due to financial reasons decided to vacat the flat after 4 monthes. @ 1st January 2012 to 30the April 2012 We have provide a written 1 month Notice to owner before vacating the flat.
After 2 months of regress followup with brokers and owner, they have returned only INR 60,000.00 of as security deposit and but still my advance one monthly rent of INR 14,000.00 for month of May 2012, submitted by cheque to owner in advance, was an-cash by owner on 7the May 2012 is not returned. We never stayed in the flat for month of May and he is charging us rent for month of may.
We have done several follow-ups with owner and Broker to return my money, but every time a false assurances is given and says he is busy withe otheer cases., Now they say since thee keys are submitted by me on thee 1 st on may to broker, he will not returned my 1 monthe rent. which is just a 1 day late, as I vacated the house on 30th April.

Mess up wid the house owner

i would like to plea for help frm any kind person who can understand my problm.I m staying in banshankri bangalor in a rented flat which i took last septmbr(2008).I want 2 quit house on 5july as the contract gets over, but my owner is nt ready 2 pay me the money which is 40, 000rs.At the begining whn v started residing here, contract or agrremnt get witheld due 2 some reason, aftr smtime whn i askd fr the agremnt owner refused.And aftr 4-6 months he told me dat u have alrdy took the agrremnt and lost it.Now i am in a big problm as she refuses 2 give me my own money.Even she says that u have depositd only 20, 000rs.On 15june thy agreed to give me the amount but nw thy said thy dnt have another tenant 2 occupy the house..Is it my fault??Also owner has got a format of the stamp paper saved in there hard disk, she illegally prints it out and give to another tenants..Plzzz help me or advice me wat can i do ..i m a studnt..i cant leave the money..plzz help

When yo paid the deposit then did you not get a receipt? Also how did you pay your landlord?
If you paid by cheque then she is liable to pay tax on it and is she currentlky employed, if yes then go to Tax inspecctors and they will sort her out.
You male or female, if male then pay her a home visit and she might get a little soft and will refund.

owner — Unauthorized charges asked by tenant
I'm swati, and we are staying in a rented hounse from past 5months, now as we are planning to vacate the house our owner is asking for brokerage charges which he had paid. which I think is not our responsibility and is not mentioned in aggreement too.Pl help

HiI'm staying in a PG in Mumbai. My owner doesn't give rent receipt to me.She didn't even give me the receipt of the amount I give her in advance. She takes charge for every small small thing. She is running the show for the last 13 yrs without paying tax to the Govt. She has an income of 36K per month from this single business of keeping PG. Beside that she has a boutique which she runs from her home . The most important part is she used to treat her tenants as the servants of the house. In the recent past she has evicted one of her tenants without giving her notice.
If she has paid the tax properly then Govt would have gained 5-6 Lac from her.
Please advice me how to lodge complain against her in Income Tax office. Being a responsible citizen I think I should take one step forward.

The same guy did this with me. Lets make him famous.
We lived in flat as tenant in sunway megapolis Hinjewadi phase 3 for 2 years fully furnished paying 20K rent.
We handed over the keys in good faith after one months notice period in as it is condition we got the flat.
Caretaker/Broker came up with huge list of maintenance (according to him damage) after 4 days with some unrealistic amount (20K i.e one more month rent after leaving the flat) that he wanted to deduct from the security amount.
For example:
1. A cupboard lock was not working because of dust.
Needed some oiling of 10 rupees and it worked.
He has charged 500 rupees for that.
2. Deep cleaning 5500 rupees he charged.
Urban clap does it in 4500.
And you know if he is field man he is not going to use the urban company, everything was his cut as owner of the flat is outside country.
3. Soap case at amazon 200 rupees
he charged 650 for that.
this soap case cannot be covered in 20K I was paying for using this furniture.
4. Kitchen hinges and screw were not tight. I took screw driver done myself.
He charged 1000 rupees for that.
The provided material in house was on D grade quality. u can't even sit on a dinning chair because it will break.
He is robbing both tenant and owner.
He charged 18500 initially for repairing small things like tightening of the screws.
Then we ourselves done some of the work in only 1K from our known technicians.
When he saw the amount is going down, he won't be getting his cut he inspected the house again and came up with another list(mentally torturing us).
He never heard us and was very bad in communication, wasn't getting into debates with us because he was losing his cut.
Both husband & wife was very rude in talking.
And never agreed to a single thing. We as tenants were forced to pay 13k amount at last.
So beware of engaging with such unethical brokers for any buying/selling or renting house deals in megapolis Hinjewadi phase III.
We didn't object when they deducted huge security amount as we had large amount with them as security deposit, dnt want our money to stuck with such people for another month or so. Also it was so mentally tiring to make them understand logical things. This couple is a nightmare for genuine and normal people.
We were paying 20 k for using the furniture and this amount does include the maintenance charges of the furniture.
We were not paying this much of amount just to sit ideal in the four walls house.
Please spread the word with other people as well.
