Dear Team;
I have done recharge on 1st August for vc no [protected]. I have done recharge throughwww.justrecharge.itthey say recharge is successful but unfortunately my balance is still same and recharge didnt reflect in my account.
They have provided me transection no. ( OX14269108012014892694421)
Please recharge my account ASAP.
Please note that I tried calling dishtv customer care they have provide me one link i.e http://www.dishtv.in/email-us.aspx still i am unable to logged the complain so fine they have advice to write a email to you so that you guys can refund my transection or you can do my recharge.
Please note that my money is already deducted from my bank account.
Your favourable response will be highly appreciated.
