I have been using oxigen wallet form past 1 year with mobile number [protected]. Today I transferred 2000rs form my new credit card, amount got deducted from credit card but it is not displaying in my Oxigen wallet. Also I did not see any transaction history details. This issue is been occurred with my friend too. I am very frustrated with such grievance. Also there customer support call is from 9 am to 6 pm only. I have send plenty of mails to them but none replied. What can i do? Please help anyone.
