[Resolved]  Oxigen Recharge — complaint regarding oxigen employee vishwanath and oxygen company

This is shrikant chanyal here, i had purchase oxigen portal on 01/10/2017. That time your oxigen wallet officer vishnath said the portal charge per 1000 is rs.6 and today my id has been activated. When i asked for per 1000 charge then customer care officer said per 1000- rs 8. Vishnath no is [protected]
For kind your information, today market is per 1000 - rs 5 max but you are the one who is charging rs.8 per thousand. Do you think people are mad or what. Will they ready to pay that much amount. If they pay 8 per 1000 then what will we earn. We are not earn for organisation, we earn for himself. So why you think retailer will ready to accept your portal which is charge high to other company. I didnot use your portal in my name. I had apply with the name of anjani gawde.
I am very very disappointed with your pathetic service.
I dont want your portal. You just use your own portal and transfer to your own account with charge 8 per 1000.
I had paid rs.2500 for portal. I dont want to use your portal. So kindly refund my money asap
And go to market and see what happening over there instead of increase the charge.
In the market you will get per 1000 charge - 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5 and you are the only one who is charge per 1000 - rs.8.
I am really shocked that why you think that distributor and retailer are mad. And they will accept whatever you take decision. I clearly said that now word i want my rs. 2500 back asap.
I give you suggestion to all of you. If employee doing false information to customers or retailers sale product or portal. So kindly deduct that amount from that employees.
I called vishnath your employee. He told me that call to company i left the job and said i dont care. If company employee doing like this than who will bear the losses customer or retailer.
I clearly mentioned if the vishnath has left the job so kindly deduct rs 2500 from his salary. Its a base solution of every company.
