[Resolved] Oxigen Recharge — Transaction Failure | |||||
On 22/12/2016 i have added rupees 500 to my wallet with transaction id[protected] which was successful after a while i tried to transfer rupees 489.00/- with 3% surcharge to my a/c but due to some reason it shown as transaction failure with the transaction id[protected] now i din't got money back in my wallet neither my transaction got successful, i have also mailed to complain to oxigen wallet with ticket id no. 408656, the mailed me back that i could to reach on their customer care number or mail us but neither they are replying my mail nor answering the calls.
