I had transferred rs.11000 for my top up amount on saturday, but till now no action taken from your side. Till now rs.11000 not not credited in to my account. Every time i have call your office and spoke to every informing about my complaint no bu t no use. But i received your complaint is solved. This is way you guys work. Not systematic, organised and giving wrong information through sms. Can you pay mobile charges for calls which i made to your office. Why guys have and staff.
