Dear Respected Sir, Myself Sunil Maheshwari and I have worked with Oxigen Services India Pvt LTD since 19-Feb-2018 and 3rd of July 2018 company has been terminated me and reason is my mother was not well and I was in hospital for my mother treatment but my reporting manager is not listening my request and terminate me and they are not giving me salary, as per discussed with my reporting manager mr Nitin Patil he told me 7th of July 2018 salary will be credited in your account but salary is not credited in my account Please help I have mail which is confirmation of my reporting manager for salary Discussion Please help Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jul 16, 2018 Oxigen Services India Customer Care's response Dear Sunil, you were absconding from work. you and your colleagues decided together not to work. your boss gave you time to submit your previous months reports, which you did not do. copy of your email is attached. we request you not to mislead and misrepresent the issue nor tarnish the company's image, else strict action will be taken  Jul 16, 2018 Updated by Sunil-Dev I'm misleading?I was on leave 27th and 28th june and I have been discussed regarding that on concall but there are not listening my request and hr call me regarding my salary and terminated Discussion when I have complaining, why they are not replying on Mail. I'm continuously asking on Mail & messages on Whatsapp but no one replied me and finally I have decided to put my request on this website then HR call me and telling me, you are losing your connection and relations, I have clearly said to hr my loan is continue and 20 is due date of EMI if my EMI will be bounce so who will be responsible? She said to me there are some error therefore your salary was not proces, If they are on right way so why they wasn't reply on mail. I have already discussed my mother was not well therefore I'm on leave, but they are terminated me on that reason. Is this right? Okay... Oxigen Services is a very good company and there are very good management but my complain is only for my reporting manager who's not answering me about my salary and he's still saying me we'll rejoin you.  | |||
