[Resolved]  Oxigen Wallet — unable to do kyc and bank transfer

I loaded 4000 rupees in my wallet and try to bank transfer the same, pop up came and asked me to do kyc before money transfer. I was trying to do ekyc but i am getting error message as "asa license key expired" contacted customer care regarding the same he asked me to wait for day or two, now it is almost 15 days same issue persist. When i tried to contact customer care again repeating the same dialogue again.
