Oyo Life — deposit amount not refunded

Dear sir / madam,

I would like to inform you that i have transfer security deposit amount rs. 6000/- for stay in oyo life 533 hinjewadi pune.

Booking id : 96951

I have communicated to property manager, oyo life escalation department to refund amount. Also i have sent mail to them.

I am calling over phone oyo escalation department to refund amount status since last 1 week but there is no response from oyo life and oyo escalation department.

I am requesting you that please help me to get the my security deposit amount refund into my account.
