    I live in Koramangala, banglore in a property previously owned by oyo life. Oyo life left the property in early june and I raised to get refund of my security deposit amount 6999 as I had to pay security deposit directly to the owner. They give me ticket number [protected] . But it's been almost 3 months but my security deposit is still not refunded. Over mail they keep giving excuses and asking for more time. Please help me get my refund back.

      Oyo life pulled out of BLR1365 Hebbal and we were told that our deposits would be refunded. A failed transaction mail was sent to me and I was asked to fill a form with my bank details. Upon numerous mails after that, I was finally told to wait 10-15 working days for my transaction to come through. Its been more than a month and more than 2 months since all of this started. There is no one point of contact, mails are not being replied to. This is highly unprofessional. At least have your team come up with better replies than "we are constantly in touch with the respective team, give us more time to get back to u". Why lie about transaction being initiate if it is not? You are just lying to get us off your backs for a few days? What is even going on!!?????

        I had stayed for 2 months (April, May) at oyo life property in Bengaluru BLR1561. My booking ID is 169716. It’s been one month since I have vacated and not got deposit back. Kindly get back to me on the status.
        Been almost a month since lodging complain. No action or response from anywhere.

              I was staying in Oyo Life DEL 1993, Lajpat Nagar, Delhi from 1st May to 1st June 2022. I had paid a security deposit of 13299 to Oyo life. I had given them 15 Days prior Notice that I would be leaving the facility on 1st June 2022 due to a health emergency. It is in the policy as stated by the Property Manager of Oyo life that if due to a health emergency you are vacating the facility then the security deposit would be refunded.
              I provided all the required documents to life.[protected]@oyorooms.com via mail and have been following up for the last 1.5-2 months still now I have not received the security deposit back.
              The property manager Ankit Shrivastava had been delaying the security deposit time and again saying within 5 days, within 10 days, and so on.
              Now he says he has been fired and the Oyo Life company is closed and is not operational !! What about our security deposit ?? Who is responsible for our money now ??

                I was informed by the Property Manager: Akhil Gundu, that the private room which i had booked and paid for, for checking in on June 5, 2022 within the property building HYD1450 Gachibowli, is no longer available because the owner has refused all the bookings for that property and i was asked to cancel the booking by emailing to life.[protected]@oyorooms.com. According to Booking policy i should have received the refund within 15 days but it has been mire than a month and still there the team doesn't provide me with the explanation for the same

                  This is regarding the reimbursement of my advance payment of rent and security deposit done for DEL 2584, Uttam Nagar.
                  I was supposed to check in today on 4th June 2022 but my Stay Supervisor Mr. Ankit informed me that the property had been discontinued from OYO Life and I was given no prior information about this.
                  When I arrived at the property the Manager informed me that because I’ll be staying for only one month it was not profitable for them in any way so they could not accommodate me.
                  This is utter nonsense and an extreme disappointment from OYO Life.
                  It has been a month now that I have been sending them emails regarding this and have only received automated replies stating that they have received my complaint and it'll take them 3 days to solve it.

                    I was staying with Oyo life property in Saligramam CHN 1028 property .Oyo has sent a mail and massage to all tenants on May 31 st 2022 that they have raised that move out request without our knowledge that we should move immediately.The suggestions Oyo given were not convenient to move .When we enquire with the property manager regarding this.He replied us like the tie up between oyo and owner has been ended up..We are not responsible for the deposit amount and they are not ready tlet us live there for a month and deduct that deposit amount..So again we paid this month rent ..Till now the deposit amount has not been credited in my account.tEven after constant communication with oyo customer support the deposit is not received in my account.Oyo sent mail and no response from their side. .I want to complaint against Oyo for the inhuman behaviour to female customer, irresponsible way of functioning by not refunding the amount. Causing troubles, mental pressure and wasting my valuable time on this refund. .

                      I am tenant with OyoLIife since December 2021, booking ID - 161296, Chennai OYO Life Property "CHN1161 Ambattur".
                      OYO LIFE has decided to completely shut their properties in Chennai and hence sent us move out notice on June 1st.

                      They provided contact of Operation Manager, Kadiyala Teja [protected]. Mr. Teja has not been picking our calls.

                      The current property care taker is asking us to pay the Deposit by month end, but I see no action has been taken yet on the OYO Life application.

                      I have called Mr. Teja multiple times but he isn't answering the call. Also not receiving replies on mail id - live.[protected]@oyo.com

                        I have vacated the property on the 23rd of May 2022. It has been a month but still no update on the security deposit amount that was collected prior to occupation. Multiple employees of Oyo have assured refund within 10 days but no progress. The stay supervisor who is still listed on the app says he longer works for Oyo. The customer service has not responded to my calls or emails. The amount is not a small one and it cannot be let go. This is not an isolated incident as many have faced the same issue. Kind request to take up proper action against this company and assist me in getting back my money.

                          There are so many cockroaches in my room and I am tired of killing them whole day. First I called property manager he said he don't have any other room empty, If he had he will definitely give me. If I can't stay, give notice for check out. There is no other thing in which he can help me out. Then in next day I was again irritated by cockroaches. I called him and he said that you can move out to any other property through oyo life app your rent will get adjusted there. I visited a property and told them that I will move here. Next day when I was ready to move and called the other property manager that I am shifting today then he said that no you can't shift because owner is not agreeing to allow you to stay on share room basis. Then I emailed to oyolife. then at night I am getting call that I can shift but you have to ask to oyo about your remaining rent which you paid higher. Next day when I called That other property manager and he said that you need to first get your notice for check out back because he cannot fill shifting form in notice period.
                          Now First my property manager told me to email for checkout because there is no any other way. Then he told me to shift to another property.
                          secondly other property manager told me to that shifting is not allowed in notice period.
                          I get revert of my email that they raised ticket of my issue and will revert in 3 days. Now I want to shift ASAP because I can't stay in cockroaches and I don't have extra money to pay to another place.
                          I cannot bear smell of pest control, hit for whole day. these cockroaches are coming on bed and in kitchen, everywhere. I don't eat for whole day because I can't cook. I placed my cylinder and stove out of kitchen but these cockroaches are also coming there. I cannot sleep properly in the fear of is these cockroaches come on bed. They stuck me there and not helping me. I called to there zonal manager. he said that he will help me out to move to another property and now he is not picking my call. I called their no. [protected] and [protected] and other numbers too, there they are have executives for booking but not for hearing complaints. For complaints they are saying to email them only. Now how can I stay here for so long of waiting for there email, That thing is meaningless.

                            I stayed in oyo life DEL2227 for a year with booking ID-148864, I left the property on 14th of Feb 2022 and my owner gave in writing to oyo life that I have paid all my rent and nothing is due and it’s been a month, since I’m chasing oyo life for my refund of security deposit. Whenever I write they just give me an autogenerated reply that we are constantly in touch with the team and allow us some time.
                            I don’t understand what is taking them to refund my security deposit.
                            Even they already confirmed me on mail that there is nothing due at my end.

                            They are total fraud and want to steel your money.

                                  I have tried to join at your pg in electronic city phase 1 on 19-8-21 where i have booked a slot to check the pg . after i visited there one of your representative named eshwarlar reddy told me that you have another pg name smr pg which is near to your oyo house and told me to join there as it belongs to you only. now after i have left they are not returning my advance.
                                  I have decided to lodge a complaint against you and eshwarla reddy. please try to solve this issue without it going any further complex.

                                        I had booked a room and had paid the security deposit+rent before moving in. But when I came here, I was assigned a very dirty room which is not a part of Oyo Life that has no proper kitchen and has a very dirty bathroom. Now, the property manager told me that I should checkout from OYO and pay the rent to the owner. First of all My money got wasted for such a small and dirty room. Moreover, if I checkout now, I will be charged by OYO 1800/- rs. And no one from OYO picks up calls. The customer service is pathetic, never attend the call and the area manager's mobile always shows switched off. Also, I am unable to do anything from OYO app as there is nothing except the notification to pay the next rent, else I will be charged or my security deposit will not be refunded. Now I feel helpless.

                                          I decided to move to an oyo life in sector 31 gurgaon on 27th of May . On my day of arrival, i realized i was scammed as the room was nothing like the pictures shown. There was no balcony and the bathroom was extremely dirty. Further there were shady people sitting outside my room drinking in the corridor. The whole situation was extremely unsafe and made me regret my decision immediately. The next day i looked at another oyo life in sector 30 and i decided to immediately shift there. I notified the owner who said he would transfer my already paid rent and security deposit so that i could shift their hassle free.
                                          However its been three days and all they've done is ignore my calls, requests and complaints. They keep saying they will do it but i have to stay in this unsafe property until they don't, which is a huge concern for me.
                                          Please transfer my security deposit within 24 hours otherwise ill have to report to higher authorities about giving false information about the property.

                                            We have booked OYO LIFE PUN607 on 4th january, 2021, starting our moving in date from 4th of January 2021 and this complaint is for OYO life regarding not getting our Safety deposits back.
                                            We had to leave the town due to personal reasons within a month so we could not continue living at OYO life. We did inform the manager/care taker regarding leaving OYO life 10-12 days before move-out day. We were not informed about the process of getting our Safety deposit back.
                                            Now they told us you are not getting your deposits back.

                                            As a student it is a huge financial loss of around Rs.8400/-

                                            With a lot of disappointment I'm writing this because I called around 15 times to their help team, But did not receive any satisfying reply from the concerned team. Now the manager has switched off his phone.
                                            This is the worst experience i've had in OYO life.
                                            I have insecurity with my money with Oyo life and I don't know
                                            whether i will get it or not

                                              Yesterday night I misplaced my room keys and my roommate came late hence requested the owner to help me with the lock to be broken.
                                              Also assured if any damages would take care of it but only concern was to let me in for the night since I am not from Mumbai
                                              The owner not only abused me in front of lot people at late night 1 pm but also asked to leave the room with my bags.

                                              Such unprofessional behaviour knowing I am not from Mumbai. Where was I suppose to go and now I am not sure if I am suppose to stay back or do what.

Till now no update of returning back the security deposit of 7000Rs. Every time I write an email to oyo life support they give a single response saying "will get back to you with an update".                                                     I was staying with Oyo life property in Gurugram property no GRG1142 .Oyo has sent a mail to all tenants on June 24th to move to other place or other property of Oyo within 6 days.The suggestions Oyo given were not convenient to move .Despite of the trouble Oyo caused during COVID lockdown period and the termination from current property was not my voluntary decision, OYO is deducting charges from the security.Even after constant communication with oyo customer support the deposit is not received in my account.Oyo sent mail that they initiated payment on Aug 4th . I have never received this amount back.To verify the payment they are asking my bank statement and I do not want to share my statements with such unprofessional company.Asked for the Oyo transaction details and I haven’t received this transaction details yet.I want to complaint against Oyo for the inhuman behaviour during pandemic to female customer, irresponsible way of functioning by not refunding the amount even after 2months, Causing mental pressure and wasting my valuable time on this undefined refunding process.

                                                      And i was worked on thier properties but till date my payment was not cleared from the side of oyo life while i already provides all kind of details to thier representative.
                                                      My balance payment was 61000 but till date no person can clear this payment.

                                                        I was staying in oyo life grg1300 in sec-18, gurugram and from jan to july end, 2020 with booking id 84918. I have provided the required 1 month notice period in 1st week of july only. There were discussions of them providing discount to cancel my move out notice, but i declined it and moved out on july 30. And now they are not refunding my security desposit. Instead, to claim the security, another move out notice has been initiated from oyo life on my behalf in the month of august. How can you initiate a move out notice, after someone have already checked out?

                                                          I was living in Oyo Life Bangalore, and I paid 9799 security Deposit in october 2019 and I gave notice before living and I left from there on 30 march 2020. but still I didn't got any amount and I called oyo support and according to them they rrefunded on 4 april 2020. but I didn't got so they told to share account statement and i shared but still issue is not resolved.

                                                            I had stayed at oyo life pun858, sanjay park, viman nagar, pune from january 2020 to march 2020, left the property on 17th march 2020. The security refund of 9000 inr was to be refunded within 15 days. But i didn't get the refund even after 1 whole month post which i made constant calls to the customer service to which they only said that within 2 weeks refund will be processed. Till this date i have not got a single penny of refund from them.
