Dear team,
I have a complain against oyo life in the initial agreement my rent is fixed as 5540 for an year and after staying in the property i can see that i am being charged different different amount every month first month i received additional bill of 390 second month i received bill of 490 rs and after two days i see that 490 changes to 750 rs when called to customer care team they respond that you have to pay the charges due to technical error it was showing 490 two days back. I need to know how come it got changed within two days. They did not give proper breakup of the bills. The amenities are also not as per shown or mentioned in the advertisement.
