Oyo life pulled out of BLR1365 Hebbal and we were told that our deposits would be refunded. A failed transaction mail was sent to me and I was asked to fill a form with my bank details. Upon numerous mails after that, I was finally told to wait 10-15 working days for my transaction to come through. Its been more than a month and more than 2 months since all of this started. There is no one point of contact, mails are not being replied to. This is highly unprofessional. At least have your team come up with better replies than "we are constantly in touch with the respective team, give us more time to get back to u". Why lie about transaction being initiate if it is not? You are just lying to get us off your backs for a few days? What is even going on!!????? Was this information helpful? |
