Oyo Life — oyo life security deposit

I was staying in oyo life blr1365 since oct'19. On 2nd of january'20 we have received an email stating that oyo is no longer interested to run the property and got shut down with 2 days notice.in the mail they have mentioned clearly as security deposit will be refunded within 7-10 working days.

Since then i have been writing continuous emails and constant phone calls to their customer support team regarding the same.
First they don't bother to respond to those emails, in case if they reply it will be vague answers stating that it will be resolved shortly...

Till this time i have neither received my deposit nor any kind of information form the customer support team of oyo

Still there’s no proper response from Oyo team.

I keep on calling and writing emails and no one bothers to resolve the issue...
