Oyo Life — Refund for Security Deposit and Rent not yet received

I was informed by the Property Manager: Akhil Gundu, that the private room which i had booked and paid for, for checking in on June 5, 2022 within the property building HYD1450 Gachibowli, is no longer available because the owner has refused all the bookings for that property and i was asked to cancel the booking by emailing to life.[protected]@oyorooms.com. According to Booking policy i should have received the refund within 15 days but it has been mire than a month and still there the team doesn't provide me with the explanation for the same
