Oyo Life — refund of security amount

I am sorry to say that oyolife is not a professional organization. So far they have not refunded my security deposit inspite of numerous calls, mails. Seems they are not all bothered about customers who believed them and deposited security amount. I have joined blr 1246, falt 201 on july 1st 2019. The agreement between oyolife and property owner got terminated. While i approached oyolife to get a clarity for past 3 months, there was no response from oyolife but they send me reminders, legal notices. I have replied back and called them but of no use. I have vacated the property and the private property owner's representative asks me to contact oyolife for refund. Despite calls and mails there has been no update from oyolife. Please help.

My booking id is 22343 .You can check my mails .More than 20 to 30 mails, regular followups have failed. It will be really great and helpful if you can look into the issue which I am not responsible for your lease termination(OYO-Life & property owner) BLR 1246 Electroniccity Phase2 Bangalore.

I have booked oyo on 24th november 2019. I property name was r OYO LIFE GRG1283 Sector 52, gurgaon. and i have left it on 16 dec 2019. It have been more than 2 week and i have got no clue about my security refunds. my booking id was 68223.
