I was supposed to check in on 28 sep but the property which i had booked was not yet ready to provide the service so i took a room near by my working place. So i mailed them on 1st oct my booking id 48795 and the amount to be refunded is ₹3299. I spoked to customer care but they are least interested in processing the complaint it's almost one month i'm speaking to them, they tell it will be refunded in 7 to 8 working days then again the same thing they repeat our this team is working we are forwarding like same shirt always.
