Oyo Life — Reimbursement of my advance payment of rent and security deposit

This is regarding the reimbursement of my advance payment of rent and security deposit done for DEL 2584, Uttam Nagar.
I was supposed to check in today on 4th June 2022 but my Stay Supervisor Mr. Ankit informed me that the property had been discontinued from OYO Life and I was given no prior information about this.
When I arrived at the property the Manager informed me that because I’ll be staying for only one month it was not profitable for them in any way so they could not accommodate me.
This is utter nonsense and an extreme disappointment from OYO Life.
It has been a month now that I have been sending them emails regarding this and have only received automated replies stating that they have received my complaint and it'll take them 3 days to solve it.
