I started my stay at OYO Life since 4th December 2019. Booking ID: 73406
They took a month's rent in advance and another month's rent as a security deposit.
On January 2nd, 2020, they mailed me that the property I was staying at was shut down and that I can move out by January 7th, 2020, and that my security deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days from January 7th, 2020.
Today is January 21st, 2020, and I called the customer care almost 20 times and mailed them numerous times with no appropriate reply from them.
They are not at all responsible for their customers.
Please get me my money back.
