Dear Sir/maam
My son had stayed in oyolife govindpuri Delhi in Nov 2019 and checked out on 2nd dec.They had collected a security deposit of Rs.7000 which is to be refunded when the room.is vacated.
They sent a message that they accepted the vacating and will process our refund.
I have been following up.since dec 13th for this refund..On 18th dec or so the customer service officer Sandeep from Oyolife assures me that the refund is being processed and will be paid in 2 days. They were sorry it got delayed and checked all the relevant data.
Since.i did not get a cal back from them I followed up again today. The lady who took my call tells me that they have not initiated the process still and will not initiate the process. They expect us to now provide a notice period.
When they have my 7000 rs in their deposit and the room has been vacated how can they hold.our money
There is no follow up and their room cleanliness was so bad and that was the reason for vacating the room.in a months time.
They did not respect any customer and dont keep their promises.
I have been harassed trying to reach them over and over again for my money and till now there Is no initiative from.theit end
I seek help to get my refund please.
