Oyo Living — no proper service provided and no one takes the call from management

We checked in on 2 march where as in there were lots of issues with the rooms and bath rooms. We try to call the managers no one picksup the calls. The problms are not getting resolved. Kindly look into it and arrange a meeting with high level management. So that we have all are problms get solved. There service s are not up to the mark. Managers come say problms will be resolved in few days but the few days never come. When we try to call them they dont pick the call nor do they give a call back
