Oyo Rooms Fraud — oyorooms booking cancelled and no resolution

Had done booking through the app at discount.

Total 5 booking ids

There has been no resolution given by the oyo company for past 8 days and I have been mentally harassed by the oyo managers as the oyo customer care.

They have given me again and again different resolution which were never fulfilled.

I have made around 50-60 calls in total .

Customer care is purposefully disconnecting the call again and again.

I need compensation as well as my bookings confirmed for my harassment done by the company for the past 7 -8 days.

I have the call logs for the huge number of calls which I have made to you and every time new thing was said to me.

Customer care and guest experience mangers are not competent in the jobs .
Reason being they give wrong resolutions every time and they are not suitable for their jobs.

Kindly check the screenshots.
They have given different resolution each time and never solved it again.

They lured me into a trap to pay 4 times the amount for a new booking and now they dint refund me the difference with the original fare.

note - finally for the other 4 booking ids I had to book inferior rooms from their app because they didnt help.

If any proof required, I have all the call recordings from their managers.
