Hi,
We booked hotel "Hotel Palm Retreat" on 30th Oct 2015 from Oyo Rooms for 6 people(3 couple) and 1 kid with booking id BOOKING NO-UATM8634 for Mussorie. Our check-in date was 31st Dec 2015 and checkout date was 2nd Jan 2016. But while we were on the way for mussorie we just called Hotel and confirmed our booking then he told us there was no booking by our name.
