Oyy Fashion — product not received june 2 pair shoes

I ordered two pair shoes but it was not delivered yet more than 5 week.. Every people who shopped with this web was complaint for delivery issue.
My order no. 228663 and 228711
There is no customer helpline in their website. I think they were fraud but why our government give permit to run such type of website.
Please tell me when my order deliver??
If it was not deliver so send my money back..
