This complain is in regards with a membership scam that is being sold to consumers in the name of 5****** vacation. At the time of taking membership, paid 80, 000 for 5 years we were informed about 3 day Free stay in Goa with complimentary breakfast, for which they dropped an email saying we need to end up paying for Breakfast and Utility Charges amount to 7200. For which we raised an objection, since this was not informed to us by their sales team member Anuja and her Manager Deepak.Post that one of their representatives by name Sachin a Senior Manager, promised to take this up and help us with cancellation request, but at least try out property once before cancelling .Post our 1 night stay in one of the Bangalore Properties, we share our experience and photos, which they say you have selected the property and it is not our fault. And now they refuse to process the cancellation of our membership .
Spoke to one Aman Desai from their team who has been telling me he forwarded the request to their cancellation department, but he refuses to acknowledge the same on an email .
Along with this their sales team Member Anuja refuses to pick our call, nor is Sachin responding to our calls .
