I lost Rs. 1, 55, 000 to this company. They made big promises of 5-star hotel stays and luxury travel, but none of it was delivered. Once they took the money, they stopped responding properly and gave us hotels that were nowhere near 5-star standards. This is a fraudulent company taking advantage of innocent people.

I bought membership in kaushambi radison, they show 5* hotels pictures and sold for 1.2 lacs. From the first booking they Played game.
Employees like vikas kutta, Santosh adhikari, Ashwin, these all are professional chor and feeding their families by looting us.
This company buy fake reviews everywhere and brain wash simple people.

Don't involve yourself for just a sec in this.
They keep changing company...

It all started with a coupon distribution at a mall in Delhi which I visited during a weekend. The coupon says to visit for a Demo session on Holiday packages with some freebies attached to it (Like a complimentary stay at some designated places). In the session, they make so compelling to purchase the package that you have no option than buying it. You actually get attracted to the 'so good to be true' offerings of the holiday packages....

While purchasing the membership they have told fake stories and services. while availing the services every time they refused by saying no rooms are available and throughout the year its peak time for them. Later on, they refused to avail membership program days for more than 2 guests. Then Fortune group holidays name was changed to Pacific holidays without any intimation to their members. Then they told AMC charges...

We took pacific holidays membership and paid Rs. 2.33 lakhs.

After reading the review on every platform, second day only we dropped mail to get the refund. They totally refused. Forcing us to take holiday trip. I taken one trip.. In that,
We already faced so many issues while booking for any reservations with the team and every time they ask for extra amount other than Rs. 2.33 lakhs for every new reservations.When we booked Flight ticket they added extra amount it was clearly seen on another portal...

I requested them one night Five star hotel booking 1 and half month before. as they promised while taking membership. They sent us 3 star hotel name...For time being we still agree with these 3 star property.
They confrom on mail we will give booking conformation two days before...

And dropped mail to get the conformation...one day before they replied we will not provide the booking hotel are occupied...they are informing one day before...And we almost planned everything to go..even we packed our luggage as well. This was disgusting... Fake And Shameless people they didn't follow promises.

Well requested so many times to cancel our membership and refund our money but no one in his team taking this matter seriously and always have heated conversation over these issues with no solutions provided.

I had taken membership on 31-Dec-2022. We had booked this membership by paying close to 2.4 lakhs. We were told we can cancel after first vacation if we feel dissatisfied with the service. On the first day of vacation, when we reached the hotel, the hotel manager told there was no booking and they dont have any tie up with Pacific holiday world. After calling back customer care, they told they printed wrong hotel name in the booking and the booking was somewhere else. When I reached that place, it was low standard type of hotel with smelly rooms, mosquitos and a open sewage running next to it. After many calls, these people did not change my hotel. Ultimately I had to abandon my vacation and come back home.
Post this I had asked for the cancellation and refund of money. To that they are saying its not a valid reason for cancellation. I have been following up for more than 5 months now.

This complain is in regards with a membership scam that is being sold to consumers in the name of 5****** vacation. Pacific Holiday World is a fraud company as when we send the mail for reservation they say the booking window will open 10-15 days prior and when we send reservation mail in the mentioned time frame they will say inventory is sold out .
They do not have any tie ups with any hotels and they are fooling the people and collecting the money on behalf of membership . Also they deny from what they say at the time of giving membership br...

The company denies bookings most of the time even if they are being informed prior as per their norms .
But every time they deny .

We tried to book rooms so many times but every time they have excuse that, they cannot provide the service because of peak season or because of room unavailability or some other reasons.

We fully paid the membership and we also submitted the AMC(Annual maintenance charge) to this company and it's almost a year and we didn't get to avail the service.

When we talk to customer care they said they don't care about customer concern and they will not refund your money and talk very rudely too.
We are trying for a refund for so long.
Please look into it.

So this company is apparently new company replacing Fortune Park Vacations.
What we have understood is that Fortune Park was closed and a new fraud company has been launched by this same CEO - Mr. Rehan Akhtar

Don't trust and put in money, we have already lost 2.5 Lakhs on the same...
