Fake and Fraud company

While purchasing the membership they have told fake stories and services. while availing the services every time they refused by saying no rooms are available and throughout the year its peak time for them. Later on, they refused to avail membership program days for more than 2 guests. Then Fortune group holidays name was changed to Pacific holidays without any intimation to their members. Scam Fraud.. Stolen money from middle class family the name of good travels

We took pacific holidays membership and paid Rs. 2.33 lakhs.

After reading the review on every platform, second day only we dropped mail to get the refund. They totally refused. Forcing us to take holiday trip. I taken one trip.. In that,

I had taken membership on 31-Dec-2022. We had booked this membership by paying close to 2.4 lakhs. We were told we can cancel after first vacation if we feel dissatisfied with the service. Always deny reservations

Pacific Holiday World is a fraud company as when we send the mail for reservation they say the booking window will open 10-15 days prior and when we send reservation mail in the mentioned time frame they will say inventory is sold out .
They do not have any tie ups with any hotels and they are fooling the people and collecting the money on behalf of membership . Also they deny from what they say at the time of giving membership br...

Denying reservations everytime

The company denies bookings most of the time even if they are being informed prior as per their norms .
But every time they deny ....

Denial of membership cancellation and refund

We tried to book rooms so many times but every time they have excuse that, they cannot provide the service because of peak season or because of room unavailability or some other reasons.

We fully paid the membership and we also submitted the AMC(Annual maintenance charge) to this company and it's almost a year and we didn't get to avail the service.

When we talk to customer care they said they don't care about...

Fraud Company

So this company is apparently new company replacing Fortune Park Vacations.
What we have understood is that Fortune Park was closed and a new fraud company has been launched by this same CEO - Mr. Rehan Akhtar

Don't trust and put in money, we have already lost 2.5 Lakhs on the same...
