Pacl — About refund of mature amount

sir my Dad & Chacha ji invested a lot of money in PACL . The policy was matured in May 2014. But still we don't get back our money. We have really a urgent need of money at earliest possible time. My parents got in deprecation. When we asked to our agent they always makes a excuses not giving proper answer in how much time we will get back our money. Plz tell me exactly in how much time its possible to get back money.
