Do not approach this Fraud, Fake and False Company who calls all agents from Insurance field and assures you that they will provide Good Leads which can be convertible. They assure that they have verified leads who are income tax payee, software engineers and High Net worth people who are ready to buy insurance with a premium of Rs.50k to 1 Lakh.
Once they collect the membership fee from you they will take their own sweet time to send you the leads and also send leads of poor people who are staying in slums, coolies, daily wage construction labourers, who cannot afford the premium to pay.
On 15th February, 2022, I was called by one Vignesh who is the Telecaller from this company and informed that his company is providing high quality, genuine and easily convertible leads to insurance agents and requested me to visit his office with an appointment.
After taking any appointment for 19th February, 2022, based on his assurance, I approached the Company at Jayanagar, Bengaluru and was introduced to one Tanvi by Vignesh. Tanvi explained me saying that their company is providing good leads to insurance agents and requested me to enter into an agreement with the company by paying a membership fee of Rs.59, 000/- to get quality and easily convertible leads. As I did not had that much money to pay, I paid an amount of Rs.35, 400/- only and entered into an Agreement. They prepared the Agreement on a White Paper where only their company name is printed in Colour and the rest of the matter is printed in black colour. They are collecting GST for every transaction. The Agreement is not printed on a Stamp Paper by paying stamp duty. Not sure if this is a genuine procedure. After collecting the money the Agreement was prepared which had a condition that “the responsibility of converting the leads is of the Agent and they cannot assure that the leads can be converted 100%â€. Orally they said that the leads are genuine, verified customers and can be easily converted with a high premium. The Agreement also had a condition that “at no point of time the membership amount will be refundedâ€. After entering into the agreement they sent some leads only after 4 to 5 days on my request. I called the telephone Numbers available in the leads and found that some leads had never called Finpluss Company for any investment. Some also told that they are poor labour workers and some told that they wanted loans if available. In this ways the company is misleading the genuine insurance agents who are seriously working in the field to do business. This company is wasting the time and efforts of the insurance agents in Bengaluru.
As I could not get any genuine leads and could not convert the leads provided by the company, I approached this company again on[protected], and tried to contact Tanvi but was informed that they was on leave and one Kavitha Gowda a representative approached me to whom I explained about the issue I was facing. She introduced me to one Varun, the Manager of this Company who suggested me to pay an extra amount of Rs.23, 600/- to get good and qualified leads. When I asked him about the previous agreement and the amount paid by me, he assured that after paying the difference amount, I will be getting good leads as it will become a premium package. On his assurance, I again paid another Rs.23, 600/- and started getting the same kind of leads, as those which I was getting in my previous package. Not even ONE single lead could be converted. Whichever leads I approached already had purchased insurance or were discontinued with the policy they already had. Many of the leads were not responding to my calls. Those who received told me that this company is harassing the people by calling and forcing them to buy or invest in insurance companies.
After some months they stopped sending leads or replacement of leads and when I approached them, they assured that they will verify the leads already sent and send me good leads.
Every time when I called or approached them, a new representative would speak and assure that they will look into the matter but were not providing any solution. Fedup of their behavior and unethical business they are carrying out, I requested them to refund the entire amount of Rs.59, 000/- paid by me, through mail for which they have sent a reply that the amount cannot be refunded as per the agreement.
When they cannot refund the amount as written in the Agreement they should also maintain transparency, ethics and do a fair business as agreed and assured by them. If they are incapable to send genuine and quality leads why should they approach the agents and give the greed of making the agent MDRT, TOT OR COT. They are incapable to provide such leads.
Even today I am getting phone calls from this company asking me to approach them to become a member and start getting leads. When I inform them about the previous experience and the amount paid by me, they say that they are from different team and I have to again get a new subscription. This means the entire staff of this company are trained to call people and try to snatch the hard earned money from the insurance agents.
My humble request to all insurance agents not to entertain their call at all. Please do not fall prey for their sweet assurance and approach their company. Once you visit their company, they will take you to a separate room to discuss 1 on 1 and try to subscribe to their company by paying huge amount at the spot with online payments.
I request the Hon’ble Authority to kindly instruct the Company to refund the amount paid by me.
