Pacl — forgot registered mobile number and password

As mentioned in the above problem i am going to upload my documents in the mentioned website. I already registered my pacl number but i forgot registered mobile number and password. So i am unable to proceed further steps. Please tell me how to get registered mobile number and password or how to make new registration. Please do needful. Our request is fulfil from your good self

I already login in today in morning and filling the form...but when I upload documents then the website get error . Then when again I am login then show register first your number.
When I register again then show your registration number not found. Please solve it..

After uploading one document, shows registration id does not exist
there are two pacl registration number
