Pacl India — account registration error for refund

I anil kumar started investment in pacl since 21/01/2011. Myaccount no. Is u[protected] and bond sr no. Is 1624645. I have invested amount 450 rs. Per quarter approximately four years continuously. Now i am trying to registration for refund on sebipaclrefund.co.in registration having a problem. When i clicked for sending otp the website says this account no does not exist in our records.
