Pacl India — Claim for refund for my PACL registration

Respected Sir/Madam,
I have submitted my PACL refund claim application. PACL Certificate No's. - U[protected], U[protected], U[protected], U[protected] could not be processed further as against the said PACL Certificate Land has been allotted as per the data provided by PACL Ltd.
In my claim application, the “Land allotted” option was not selected, but in the enquiry portal it is showing like this i am not received or been allotted any land from PACL. Due to this, my claim application is not being processed further.
I kindly request you to correct the details and process my refund claim and refund my money back
