Sir, my name is gopal singh and i have bought pacl india limited policy
No are u[protected] ppt 023/0 yo m and premium are 1433 yearly and expiry date is given 05/12/2016. I have 2 more insurance under the name of my brother and sister. But i have not received payment till date after submission all necessary document also.

So i request u pl paid me my payment
