Pacl India — FD amount not received

Dear sir
I have a policy your company. My policy sr no - 0582534, policy start date - 01/05/2010, exp date - 30/04/2017, fd date over, but till date i not receive cheqe/cash, your agent tell me : company have not money, after few month company will payment.

That's not my problem company have money or not money. My policy date over i want my payment.
If i don't receive money few days. Then after i get legal process.
