Insurance money not received and no news regarding this.

Could you please provide us the update on this?

We paid 600 rupees per month and the total amount paid is 37, 500.

Expiry of agreement date is 17th jan 2017.
Still we have no news regarding this issue.
Agent is not responding
Could you please look into this and take necessary action.
