Pacl India Limited — I need to get my invested amount back

i am from calicut, kerala and i have been investing in PACL from october 2015, my maturity period was in april 2016.
i had paid 8 installments of rupees 2920

agency code:[protected].
Agency unit code:[protected].
from the date of maturity, i have been asking my agent to get back my money, but she told me that, pacl pearls is in a case with the sebi and will get the amount till the case is solved. sir i am in need of money
i am requesting you to tell me the formalities to get my invested amount back.
