Pacl India Limited — refund policy amount or allotment of plot

My father had registered a plot with registration number u[protected]. As per the agreement the plot was to be allotted by november 2014. As per the agreement we have paid the last installment dated october 2014 and submitted pacl certificate and last installment slip through agent and received a slip dated[protected].

But now we have not received any communication till date. Kindly allot the land in his name at the earliest or refund an amount of 46000 as mentioned in the agreement at the earliest. Thank you.
