I am suma angadi, my father has applied for a refund of pacl. He did not get acknowledgement sms. If i try to submit a request once again a new tab will open with a message we have already received your claim. We are processing it at the moment. Please do not create your ticket again. If you have already not uploaded the documents, please follow the instructions sent in the acknowledgement sms.

Updated by Basalingappa Angadi It has been 3 and half months, I did not receive any message regarding my complaint. What about the acknowledgment SMS problem? Please reply to the complaint.
