I have taken a policy in pacl india ltd. With policy no. U[protected] on 12th nov. 2010 & the same has been surrendered on nov. 2015 after completing the policy period. I haven't received the policy amount yet. Please suggest whom to contact regarding this. Their office in bangalore seems to be closed. The phone no. Provided by them isn't working. I am concerned about my money because i am seeing so many people complaining on this company...
