Pacl India — Maturity over but still cheque not received

Hello, With reference to above subject i want to raised the complaint against PACL Navrangpura, Ahmedabad office, there is nobody available to give proper answer After several time of visit there every time they just revert with only word "work in progress" it will take sometime, it's really amazing answer, i am wondering how much time it will take because two years gone after maturity.
