Pacl India — my policy has matured... can u help in clearing my dues

My policy bearing s. No.4655499, reg. No u[protected] dt.21/01/2011, has matured on 21st january 2018.
As my policy got matured yesterday (21/01/18) i happen to visit the office today (22/01/18) and to my surprise it was locked. After enquiry from the neighbours i came to know about all this.
Can you please suggest where and how to get my money back. The said office mentioned in d policy is locked. Please do the needful at your earliest.

Mine wife have paid some installment but its not returned in pearls scheme. I started paying instalment in 2012. I have attached receipt of registration in the scheme and account number pls do the needfull

Though the registration number entered on website https://sebicommitteepaclrefund.com/ is correct. I receive alert message that registration number is incorrect -
Registration number : U[protected]

The steps followed are according to the demo video. Expecting issue resolve as soon as possible.
